The steps of quality controlling process: |

| We have first review the photo from you to make sure that every details are confirmed by our painters. We will contact you once we find the photo does not match our request, so you can send us another photo or have your deposit back or cancel your order: |

We then take a photo of the painting and let you review it online so you can either confirm it or ask for modifications. |

After that, we will take a picture of it for you to review online. And you can confirm it if satisfied or ask us to modify it if dissatisfied.

To ensure high standard quality, we will always check it in our gallery when finished the painting from your photo. If not, we will ask our painters to do revision or repaint it again.

When you ask us to do modification, please be as specific as possible, so it can save us a lot of time on this.

We will modify the painting as you request and then delivery it for you to review again. |

We will not effect shipment of the painting until you are 100% satisfied.
