A-Yes, what you need to do is just to send us photos, and write down your requirements in the message box when making your order. For one painting, you can mostly hand in 3 different photos for referring.

A-No problem, you can send the picture by attachment via email to service@handpaintportrait.com. Or directly upload your photo when order your paintings online. If your photo is considered not good enough for painting your portrait , we will asked you to send a better quality one. If you really can’t offer a suitable picture, don’t worry, we will refund you your advanced payment of your online order.

A-We accept format of JPG and GIF. Please try you best to send larger size of picture of the highest resolution, which will help our artists to get more detailed information, thus to paint your portrait better. That the resolution is too low or the size is too small will make it tough to paint a high quality portrait.

A-The most common theme for photos to be produced into oil painting includes: wedding portraits, honey moon portraits, traveling portraits ,landscape portraits, children portraits, family, friend and pet portraits and landscape paintings.

A-As long as details are visible. But based on the previous experience ,we suggest you pay attention to the points as following:
1-Please send the photo of your full satisfaction. If you consider you look not perfect in the photo, eg. The face looks too long, or the expression is stiff, please change another picture. Our artists are not responsible for beautifying and revising your appearance.
2-Please send the photo of most high resolution ,or else, our artists not able to produce high quality painting.

A-There are two ways to paint portrait from paper photos
1- we suggest you made an electronic version by scanning your photo, and send it to us by uploading or via email.
2- or you can send your paper photo to us. In order that we can reach you timely when received it ,please make sure to write down your contact information, including name ,telephone ,email, ect.

A-Sure, and there is no extra charge for the background of your own option.You can choose the background provided by our system when making your order. If you desire to use your own picture for background, you can upload the picture while making an order, and leave specific notes in the message box.

If your picture gets some defects or damages, we will get it repaired . if you want your black and white photo to be produced into a color painting, please leave your specific requirements in the message box, eg.(hair to be painted gold, eyes blue).we will send you an electronic picture for you to confirm before painting |

About the shipping time: |

| A-The complete time of your portrait is mainly decided by its size.It takes about 14 working days for painting of middle size(12X16” to 20X24”) to be finished, which includes 7 days’ painting and 4-7 days’ delivery;
And about 17 working days are needed for larger size of painting(24X36”to 48X72”),including 10 days’ painting and 4-7 days’ delivery.
Note:
* if you require to amend the finished portrait, the arriving time is to postponed for 4 working days.
*if you send photos via regular mail, we will begin to count the time when your photos are received.

| A-Before shipment, we must make sure your oil painting is fully dry, so please allow 2-3 working days for us to prepare for the shipping, we will notify you when your painting has been shipped. |
